For this project, I was tasked with bringing to life one of Marathon100's iconic characters, "Sunny," in a looping 3D animation. Marathon100, known in the Estonian running landscape for creating an exciting and fun running experience for its participants, often integrates dynamic and engaging characters into its graphic design. My goal was to animate Sunny—a lively and energetic character who frequently appears in the brand's visuals—while also introducing the vibrant, fun-filled world that Marathon100 embodies.

Create an exciting looping 3D animation introducing the brand of Marathon100.

Story Board:
The short looping animation depicts a picturesque blue grassland filled with running event materials and Marathon100 branded equipment. The landscape is then enlivened by the appearance of the “Sunny” character. The sun glides along the running path and responds to movement of the camera as it glides through the landscape.
Previsualization animation:
A simple low fidelity animation was created to set up the pacing, camera position and character movement.
